Campaign Period
This Campaign begins at 11:59 PM PST on May 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on June 30, 2025.

Eligibility
The Campaign is open to U.S.-based companies with more than $5 million in annual revenue that sign a contract with Paystand by 11:59 PM PST on June 30, 2025. Participants must be located in the United States, be 18 years or older, and sign a contract before the Campaign deadline. Existing Paystand customers, partners, and competitors are not eligible. Only one offer may be redeemed per company. Eligibility will be verified by Paystand.

Promotion Details
Eligible participants will receive a promotional credit card processing rate between ** 1.99% and 2.19%, plus an additional $0.50 per transaction ** for the first year of their Paystand contract. This promotional rate applies for one year starting from the contract signature date. AMEX transactions are excluded from this offer. Additional promotion details will be provided once you enter the sales cycle with our team.

Claiming the Promotion
Only one promotion may be awarded per eligible participant. This offer is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Paystand may request additional information to confirm eligibility and prevent fraud. Promotions may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged except at Paystand’s sole discretion. If the offer becomes unavailable, Paystand reserves the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value. This offer is valid only during the Campaign Period and while supplies last. Participants are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with receiving or using the promotion, including any federal, state, or local taxes. The promotion is provided “AS IS,” with no warranties of any kind—express or implied. All decisions made by Paystand regarding the Campaign and promotion distribution are final. Unclaimed promotions may be forfeited at Paystand’s discretion.

Information Disclosure
By participating, you agree to provide accurate information in the registration form. By attending meetings related to this Campaign, you grant Paystand and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use your name and responses for promotional purposes—without additional compensation—where permitted by law. Paystand may share participant details with regulatory authorities if required. By entering, you also agree to receive marketing communications from Paystand.

Additional Terms
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Paystand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed promotions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Disputes
Any disputes arising from or related to this Campaign will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
