CyberSecurity Tech Lead (US/Mexico)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance for cybersecurity protection, and oversees security governance and policies.
  • Develops the company's security strategy, security awareness programs, security architecture, and security incident response working closely with the head of the department.
  • Develops, maintains and publishes up-to-date security policies, standards and guidelines.

Payment Integrity Specialist(US/Mexico)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Paystand is utilizing partner functionality appropriately and cost-effectively.
  • Work with partners to escalate issues with their solutions
  • Apply knowledge of code sets and systems expertise to analyze complex issues related to claims, membership, and contractual compliance
  • Analyze customer business requirements, industry guidelines, and payer policy manuals for translation into technical specifications
  • Understand partner product roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve or expand PS services

Product Manager (US/Mexico)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all team members to facilitate a shared understanding of our customers, product, and the corresponding vision.
  • Collaborate with all parts of the organization to turn a raw flow of feature requests into well-defined problem definitions.
  • Define a product scope that is focused on the most important use cases with a focus on getting it into users' hands as quickly as possible.

  • Oversee all demand generation programs, strategy, budget, and targets for Paystand.

  • End to end ownership of the email and database marketing for all Paystand solutions and lines of business.

  • Creates and manages annual marketing plans targeted towards our strategic alliance and channel partners.

Channel Partner Manager (US)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage and enable current channel partnerships, growing mind-share and lead flow to the sales teams
  • Identify and pursue new channel partnerships to support growth in the NetSuite ecosystem

VP of Finance  (US/Mexico)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Owning all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, forecasts, planning, budgeting, financial analysis, cash management, etc.
  • Leading to mentor and develop a world-class finance & accounting team.
  • Partnering with the CEO, while building strong relationships with current and prospective investors.
  • Effectively communicating and presenting critical financial and strategic matters at Board meetings.
  • Working with business unit leaders to set and achieve quarterly, annual and multi-year financial goals, as well as reviewing intermediate forecasts that track to those goals.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Research and maintain a deep understanding of Fintech and SaaS organizations, including turning data into potential partnerships and acquisition targets.
  • Perform deal execution activities, including due diligence, financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Develop and manage the deal pipeline for strategic partnership/investment/M&A opportunities

  • Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables for executive level consumption and contribute to associated strategy and execution discussions

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least five years of concentrated experience advising corporate clients on a variety of FinTech products.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Development 
  • Strong technical understanding of tech or financial services industries
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities and comfortable with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
  • Experience in building relationships and leading through influence
  • Highly organized and efficient program management abilities
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately work cross-functionally to get things done
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision preferably with a SaaS organization.
  • Expertise in the Fintech industry and knowledge of the market is a plus but not required
  • Ability to develop creative and adaptive solutions to unique and complex product design inquiries
