Paystand SMS Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Notifications

Paystand's SMS 2FA Notifications serve as a critical element of our security infrastructure, offering users an additional layer of security via two-factor authentication alerts when accessing the Paystand platform. By opting in, users receive security codes and related authentication prompts, further enhancing the protection of their account.

To opt-out from the Paystand SMS 2FA service, you can simply text "STOP" to the provided short code. Upon sending the SMS message "STOP", you'll receive a confirmation SMS from us, post which you won't receive any further 2FA SMS notifications. If you decide to re-enable this security feature later, register again as you initially did, and we will recommence the 2FA SMS notifications. Should you wish to explore alternative 2FA methods or need support, kindly communicate with Paystand's support.

For any concerns or challenges with the Paystand SMS 2FA Notifications program, feel free to get in touch with us directly via support@paystand.com.

It's crucial to note that mobile carriers may not be held accountable for the delay or non-delivery of messages.

Any 2FA messages sent between Paystand and you might have associated message and data rates. If there's any ambiguity or questions regarding your text or data plans, it's recommended to contact your respective wireless provider.
