Just click on the dedicated discounting tab inside the Paystand Dashboard.

From there, you and your team can easily set a default maximum discount and default net terms.

Integrated Checkout Experience

Dynamic discounting is integrated right into the invoicing process you already use.

Just create an email template and select the Dynamic Discounting option. Invoices sent using that template will automatically include dynamic discounting.

Payers will see minimal changes during the checkout experience to indicate their discount.

Endless Customization

How you implement discounts is up to you. Customize terms, how much of a discount to offer, and even how the discount adjusts across time.

Choose linear reductions for simplicity, or go with stepped reductions to accentuate the urgency even more.

Is there a limit on the amount of the discount?

No. Offer any discount you want. The percentage will be set by you at your own discretion.

Can this feature be turned off?

Yes. The email template you choose dictates the availability of the discount. Don’t want it for a specific customer? Use an email template without the dynamic discounting option.

Can I set different discount plans for different customers?

Yes. The features of the discount are determined in an email template. You can use different email templates based on the type of discount you'd like to offer.

Will the discount apply if I set a fee for using a specific payment type?

Yes. Fees and incentives are calculated based on the final amount on the invoice after dynamic discounting is applied.

How do time zones affect discount changes?

Dynamic discounting changes are set to UTC (+4 EST).

How does the ERP reflect discounts? (bookkeeping)

Dynamic discounts will be automatically added to other types of discounts in your ERP.
