How the Checkout Experience Works

Paystand embeds directly into your BigCommerce checkout for a smooth, secure checkout modal and end-to-end automation:

1. Checkout Begins – BigCommerce generates a Quote ID.

2. Paystand Checkout Renders – Payment info is securely handled by Paystand’s payment gateway API.

3. Payment Confirmed – BigCommerce receives a Payment Object confirming success.

4. Webhook Sync – Paystand updates BigCommerce and, optionally, NetSuite with payment data.

5. ERP Sync (Optional) – Sales Order, Payment, and Deposit are automatically created in NetSuite using Paystand identifiers.
