The team now prepares a flat file, uploads wire details, and sends it for funding, receiving same-day disbursement once funds arrive at Bitwage by Paystand. Workers receive payment through their choice of bank account, Dollar App, Global66, Binance, or a decentralized wallet, eliminating the single-method constraint of the prior process.
